Third story addition on an existing 2 story row home. Included demolition down to existing structure; new engineered framing, and roof. Plus complete makeover of interior rooms with all new finishes, fixtures, etc. Square footage went from 1,000 and 2 bed/1bath to 1,600 square foot and 3 bed/3 bath.
