Our Mission

Protean Properties help our clients build wealth through Real Estate.  We do that by providing what most simply can be called 'consultant' services, but it is far more than that.  We are a cost-efficient partner in all things related to real estate.  I have found over the years that the Philadelphia real estate market can be small and difficult to break in to for the average investor.  We provide the necessary services to help cover the gaps our clients may have in their capabilities.  We really cover a lot of ground, anything from help with professional services to LLC creation, but we mainly provide overall project management on residential real estate projects from design to sales.  Many times we will partner with a client and range on anything from low-income housing to design/build of large residences and some multi-families.
